Jeff Forsha: Licensed NC Home Inspector I have been inspecting homes since 2005 and a General Contractor since 2004. I have a project management background and understand the importance of details, adding an unbiased prospective and communicating without raising alarms.

I have inspected homes and commercial structures in the Charlotte, Hickory and Lake Norman areas for almost five years. I understand how to work with the home buyers, realtors and home sellers to provide an accurate report, without bias.
